We'll deliver your incontinence products where need them, whether you're ordering for yourself or a loved one, we'll deliver directly to your own own home or a care or residential home.  Our incontinence products are all made to exacting healthcare quality standards and offer the best quality of continence supplies for a fair price. Our convenient and easy-to-use online ordering means you or your love ones never have to be without incontinence products and we provide quick delivery direct to your door. Plus, delivery is free on all orders over £50.

We use national parcel delivery services to deliver all our products to your door giving you extra peace of mind when it comes to ordering from us.



Delivery

 

Order your incontinence supplies online today or speak to a member of our friendly customer services team on 0800 028 9470 if you prefer to talk to someone. Standard delivery is £4.95, but for all orders over £50 delivery is FREE.  Standard delivery is around 2 – 3 working days from the date of your order but if you need products sooner we do offer a next working day delivery service.



Next Working Day Delivery

 

If you need your products sooner, use our Next Working Day Delivery service for £5.95. Next Working Day Delivery is available on orders placed before midday for delivery on the following working day.


Please note that our next day delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.



Returns

 

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, unopened products in new, saleable condition can be returned for a refund for the value of the returned goods.  You can return unopened packages by post (we recommend obtaining proof of postage) to the address below.  Please note, the cost of postage is the responsibility of the customer, we do not currently offer free returns.

 

If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email at [email protected] or call us on 0800 028 9470, Monday-Thursday between 8.30am-5.00pm, or Friday between 8.30am-4.30pm before posting your return.

For all returns, please note your order number, name and contact details inside the package.  Please note that without the information your refund may be delayed. We ask you use a postage method that has tracking so the package is safe and secure. 

 

You have 14 days from the date o purchase to notify us of the return, and then a further 14 days in which to post the package back to us.

 

We recommend that customers try a sample of a product (where available) before purchase to ensure its right for them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Cancellation Policy

 

Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel and return your order within fourteen days without giving reasons.  The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.  The right of cancellation does not apply to orders for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection for examples incontinence pads/pants or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.  In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us (Paul Hartmann Ltd, Heywood Distribution Park, Heywood, Lancashire, OL10 2TT, email: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel your order by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email sent by post). In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of cancellation before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

Cancellation Reimbursement

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you payment we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the dates, on which we received the notification of your intention of cancellation of this order.  For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.  We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earliest.  You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day which you inform us of the cancellation of this order.  The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
