Designed in Germany, Molicare® MEN Absorbent underwear with X-Change Pads is dermatologically tested and Oeko-Tex 100 certified. Free of sliver chloride and other biocides, this men's incontinence underwear avoids negatively impacting the environment. Wash the incontinence underwear without the X-Change Pad at 60 °C and tumble dry on a low heat so they're ready to wear.

Will they smell when used?
If you're concerned about bladder weakness smells, we recommend trying the underwear with X-Change pads. The X-Change pads contain an odour neutraliser which binds ambient smells without the use of biocides.
Do the pants contain any harmful chemicals?
They are made from soft, gentle-on-skin fabrics and free of silver chloride and other harmful substances.
Can I wear them overnight?
Yes you can! A built-in barrier layer and waterproof seams prevent leakages, meaning you can feel confident with wear during the night with very light incontinence.
How much absorption do you need?
